HUMAN-INFORMATION INTERACTION | 人と情報の相互作用
Library and information science is a discipline looking at social dimensions of information. It explores human-information interaction, which is the relationship between the two or the “flow” of information in various contexts. An understanding of human-information interaction allows us to visualize information processes. In order to tackle many issues in society, it is critical to utilize information for problem solving, generating new knowledge, or making decisions. The visualization will help us to understand how to achieve goals effectively and efficiently.
AIM FOR THE SEMINAR | 研究室の主眼
Among different concepts of human-information interaction, information management will be used as a core idea. The aim of this seminar is to investigate environmental issues from an information management perspective.
